down, and one can even do a retrofit
themselves if budget is a major concern.If the OP doesn't care about the way he
sees the light pattern from the driver
seat, and only cares about how people
view HIS car (I.e. Major difference in
looks between a car with halogens as
opposed to HIDs, which is honestly all I
cared about when I purchased my set)
then he should just get any eBay kit
that's less than 100 bucks and call it a
day. If you are "happy" with a PnP HID kit,
then you would be tripping and getting
wet off X and an 8 ball of coke with a
retrofit.
